Welcome to our family flat, where we love to spend several weeks a year, whether in winter or summer. It has been carefully decorated and, little by little, we are adding our own personal touch. We hope you have a lovely stay here. This duplex flat is ideally situated on the top floor, with lift access, and offers exceptional, unobstructed views of the valley and the Tarentaise mountains.

A luxury residence

The flat is part of a small residential complex comprising 27 flats across three buildings. We all know each other and enjoy this sense of community.

Our flat has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. With a total floor area of 112 m², it offers every comfort to make your stay unforgettable – not least so you can marvel at the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, which you can enjoy through the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
With direct access to the slopes, you’ll find a very pleasant ski room featuring a spacious individual locker where your boots will be kept warm.

At the end of the day, make the most of the relaxation area with its sauna, steam room and large hot tub.

The development is fairly new, and we have only recently started letting out our flat.

Nevertheless, the flat has already been awarded 5 Cristaux, the highest rating in the resort of Les Arcs.
